Operation instructions for electric dual-purpose sterilizing pot:


Open the cold water valve, put the exhaust valve on the pot, drain the air in the pump and turn on the water pump. The water inlet valve of the upper pot allows the water in the upper pot to reach the required water level, then closes the water pump and valve, and turns on the electric heating switch of the upper pot to heat the upper pot to the required temperature (set the upper pot temperature according to your own sterilization process). During the heating process of the upper pot, the lower pot is loaded. After the product is loaded, close the pot door and the interlocking device, and open the pot door seal gasket inflation valve to seal the pot door. Open the air inlet valve to pressurize the pot until the temperature of the upper pot reaches the required level. Then open the balance valve (note that the pressure in the upper and lower pots must be maintained at the same level. If it is too high, open the exhaust valve to drain it. Otherwise, add compressed air). Open the upper pot. Lower the water valve and the lower pot water inlet valve. Drain the air from the pump and turn on the water pump to allow water from the upper pot to enter the lower pot. After reaching the required water level, close the valve and water pump (note that the water level in the upper pot should be about 1.5 inches higher than the heating pipe to avoid burning out the electric heating pipe). Open the circulation valve and turn on the circulation pump to keep the hot water in the pot in a constant circulation state, and the pot will continue to heat to generate steam. Open the steam valve of the lower pot and use the steam generated from the upper pot to heat the water in the lower pot to the required temperature. When the temperature in the pot reaches the required sterilization temperature, close the steam valve and start the heat preservation and sterilization timer. After the heat preservation and sterilization timer ends, open the drainage valve to balance the valve and The upper pot water inlet valve opens the water pump to pump the circulating water from the lower pot into the upper pot and then closes the valve and water pump. Open the cold water valve, drain the air from the pump, turn on the water pump, slowly open the water inlet valve of the lower pot, gradually add cold water to the pot to the required water level, close the water inlet valve, open the circulation valve to circulate the cooling water in the pot for 10 minutes. At this time, the temperature in the pot Generally it can drop below ℃.

When the temperature in the pot drops below ℃, turn off the circulation pump and open the drainage valve to discharge the cooling water in the pot and subsequently discharge the pressure in the pot. Close the pot door seal gasket inflation valve and open the drain valve. Air valve, open the interlocking device, open the pot door and pull out the product, the operation is over.

Note: During the above operation, the pressure in the pot must be maintained (do not fluctuate too much up and down) until the cooling is completed.
